CHESS Faculty celebrated for the 2025 Million Dollar Research Circle
UNC Charlotte recognized members of the 2025 Million Dollar Research Circle at a celebration on March 26 at the Bissell House.
Three faculty from the College of Humanities & Earth and Social Sciences were honored for having at least one million dollars in external research funding:
- Cheryl Brown, political science and public administration
- Shelley Johnson, criminal justice and criminology
- Elizabeth Stearns, sociology
Johnson was also specially recognized for having more than three million dollars in external funding.
